Customers with a support agreement
Customers who have purchased a support contract, or a product that comes with support services can log directly into our Enterprise Customer Portal and raise a request for support.
Customers without a support agreement
The Lithnet open-source community is here to support those customers who do not have an enterprise support agreement with Lithnet. Navigate to our GitHub site, find the relevant product’s repository, and open a new issue there. You can also browse the documentation site for the product to discover FAQs and additional information.

Support for these products is provided by the Lithnet open-source community. The community consists of members of the public who are experts in Lithnet products, as well as Lithnet staff.
Support is limited to GitHub only, and does not come with any SLAs.

There are no SLAs or guarantees offered on requests for support raised for community edition tools.
